Located at 1 Central Wharf in Boston, Massachusetts, the New England Aquarium offers an incredible location for aquatic fans of all ages.

The Animation Block Party 2025 programming will take place at the Simons Theatre at the Aquarium, a perfect big screen setting for visually stunning animated shorts.

The festival’s Animation for Kids aquarium showcase will open for submissions this April at the Animation Block Party website.

Audience Award and Student Film winners will receive ABP merch + $500 stipend, Dragonframe software and more!
