Animation Block Party will be presenting live events in three different cities this festival season, celebrating all genres of animation, from kids entertainment to adult themed cartoon shorts.
Appearing for the first time ever in Florida, the Animation Block Party for Kids showcase will premiere on Saturday, Aug 22, 2026 at Silverspot Cinema in Downtown Miami.
The kids screening will be hosted by hosted by David Brownstein of Sounds Sweet Entertainment and feature a new cartoon short starring Tootle the Turtle, animated by Adam Ansorge.

Animation Block Party will continue in September with live events in New York and Los Angeles starring the live comedic talents of Picture This Comedy alongside animated festival shorts.
The New York festival event will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Union Hall, 702 Union St, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
Animation Block Party in Los Angeles is Sunday, September 27, 2026 at the Lyric Hyperion, 2106 Hyperion Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027.
